Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) invites applications for a Branch Associate in Davao City. You'll execute end-to-end processes for Modern Trade and General Trade accounts in the assigned branch, ensuring accuracy in sales encoding, deliveries, and receivables aligned with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities include compliance with SCO standards, safety policies, and government guidelines; returning management, DR processing, and ongoing improvements to branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

• Experience related to Administrative work is an advantage.
• Computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process of Modern Trade/General Trade Accounts in the assigned branch.
• Ensure compliance with SCO standards, company policies, BCP, and safety protocols.
• Manage return processes and end-to-end DRs to delivery and claims.
• Process sales encoding to accounts receivable per SLA.
• Contribute to ongoing SCM structure and process enhancements in branches.

About the Role

Location: DDIS, Warehouse #6, Kalderohan Road, Malagamot, Brgy. Panacan, Bunawan District, Davao City

Role Type: Fixed-Term

Department: Supply Chain Management

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

As a Branch Associate, you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end process of Modern Trade/General Trade Accounts in the assigned branch.

Other responsibilities include:

Compliance

• Compliance on proper implementation of Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in compliance with government-mandated guidelines or LGU regulations.

Return Management

• Ensure timely execution of the end to end process of pull out.

• End to end process of customer repairs.

Distribution Management

• Execute timely processing of DR’s to delivery and claims.

• Execute the end to end process of Sales encoding to accounts receivable posted with the service level agreement.

Supply Chain Management Strategy

• Compliance to ongoing enhancements to the structure, processes, equipment, and personnel of branches.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
