Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation is seeking a Branch Associate in Santiago City, Isabela to ensure timely processing of delivery documents and resolve logistics issues in coordination with the concerned departments.

You will release, record, and update systems for releases and returns, monitor trucks and drivers, process proofs of delivery and government permits, and maintain 7S in the warehouse with timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or related role is preferred.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-resolution skills are essential.
• Ability to work with cross-functional departments and adapt quickly to the work environment.
• Willingness to learn and be trained is important.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager
As a Branch Associate, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of delivery documents and requirements. In addition to that, you will resolve logistics-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.

Other responsibilities include

• Ensuring proper releasing, recording, and system updates for released and returned accountable booklets.
• Monitoring allocation of trucks, delivery drivers, and helpers.
• Processing of proof of delivery, sales invoice, and government permits.
• Sustaining 7S rules in the Warehouse premises and on-time submission of reports.
• Taking customer orders and is responsible for pulling out damaged items.
• Handling payment reconciliation and on-time submission of sales reports.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications
