Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corp. is seeking a Branch Associate (Modern Trade) for their location in Carmona, Cavite. This full-time, on-site role involves executing the end-to-end process of Modern Trade accounts, ensuring compliance with supply chain operations, and effectively managing logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Google Workspace, and preferably some background in logistics or supply chain operations. Join us and contribute to delivering quality lighting and electrical products to our customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• With or without relevant work experience; background in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Executes Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards and company policies.
• Updates Daily & Monthly Reports and attends Training programs.
• Executes end-to-end process of Modern Trade account delivery and repair.
• Monitors all outbound deliveries and confirms process delivery.
• Accurately and timely processes of DR Creation and Shipment Release.
• Facilitates all Delivery Documents and Requirements before delivery.

Department: Supply Chain Planning and Operations

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

The Branch Associate (Modern Trade) executes the end to end process of Modern Trade Accounts in the assigned branch.

Other requirements includes the following:

• Executes Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in alignment with government-mandated guidelines and LGU regulations.
• Updates Daily & Monthly Reports and attends Training programs
• Executes the end-to-end process of Modern Trade account delivery, DR conversion, pull out, claims , and repair.
• Monitors all outbound deliveries within TAT and confirms process delivery andPOD of consignment accounts.
• Accurately and timely processes of DR Creation-IS-DR printing-Shipment Release.
• Facilitates all Delivery Documents and Requirements before delivery and completeness upon return.
• Performs essential branch operational tasks and assumes responsibilities of Branch Associates during their absence to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in any course (preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management Graduate).
• With or without relevant work experience; background in logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage!
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
