Overview

We are urgently hiring for a Training Officer for a client located in Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. This is an onsite role with a shifting schedule. Salary is up to 50K per month based on experience and hiring result.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of solid Training experience in a BPO company (non-negotiable), ideally from a Digital Advertising or Technical Programs
• Minimum of at least 2 years in college or an equivalent diploma.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) at least CEFR Level B2 / ILR Level 3-3+
• Preferably candidates who have experience in supporting Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support/Operations.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Training, with an excellent track record (preferably in a multinational organization).
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to a strong customer-oriented environment; must be Customer experience-oriented.
• Excellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologies
• Able to converse and conduct training in fluent English
• Collaborative work style; willing to coach and be coached by others
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in technical/system products
• Strong process orientation; must be logical and able to follow processes and adapt to changes
• Able to work independently across a broad range of activities
