Job summary

transcosmos Asia Philippines Inc. is seeking a training specialist to deliver engaging learning experiences within a busy contact center.

You will manage daily training with the operations team and develop interactive sessions to boost trainee confidence. The role emphasizes instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering sessions across voice and non-voice accounts, using LMS tools, MS Office, and Google Suites to track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree completed in any field.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• Background in voice and non-voice accounts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Familiar with LMS and training-related software.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• Hands-on instructional design and curriculum development experience.
• Able to work shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Onsite work at Gilmore, Quezon City; Ortigas, Pasig City; McKinley, Taguig.
• Training certifications such as CPLP or Train-the-Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
• Adjust training methods and materials for different learning styles.
• Organize and manage multiple training projects and meet deadlines.
• Deliver clear concepts and instruction with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and handle diverse personalities.
• Keep trainees informed and engaged with positive reinforcement.
• Evaluate training outcomes and provide constructive feedback to improve results.
• Manage day-to-day training with the operation team.
• Analyze assessment results to identify areas for improvement and adjust content accordingly.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize training data to generate comprehensive reports.
