Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking an experienced BPO Team Leader/Operations Supervisor to drive daily performance, coach agents, and ensure targets are met. You will analyze KPI trends, identify gaps, and coordinate effective action plans with the team.

The role requires graveyard shifts and on-site reporting at VXI MOA, Pasay. You will build strong working relationships and support a high-performing contact center to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BPO teams and driving performance.
• Proven ability to analyze KPI trends and implement coaching plans.

Responsibilities

• Review agent performance daily to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Analyze and trend agent KPI/Sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and prepare action plans for coaching and performance improvement.
• Monitor and assess employee calls for performance improvement plans.
• Build effective working relationships and drive accountability to contribute to site performance.
