Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite at TP Silver City.
• Amenable to graveyard shift.
• Open to supporting US, Canada, Australia, or UK markets.
• Able to start immediately is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned teams.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and service level targets are met.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to team members.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.
