Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a Team Leader/Operations Supervisor to drive agent performance and daily operations at the Bridgetowne site in Pasig. You will review performance, coach, and ensure KPIs are met, while building strong working relationships across teams.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a BPO leadership role, with chat/email and e-commerce exposure preferred, and must be amenable to graveyard shifts and reporting to Bridgetowne.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO Team Leader/Operations Supervisor experience.
• Preferably background in chat/email.
• Preferably with experience in e-commerce.
• Amenable to work graveyard shift.
• Amenable to report at VXI Bridgetowne.

Responsibilities

• Review agent performance results daily to ensure all goals are met or exceeded
• Analyze and trend agent KPI/Sales performance
• Identify performance gaps and prepare action plans for effective coaching and performance improvement
• Monitor and assess employee calls for performance improvement plans
• Building effective working relationships, drive individual responsibility and accountability, and contribute to the site’s successful performance
