Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with processes.

The ideal candidate has volume and professional hiring experience in BPO/shared services, strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience handling end-to-end hiring in BPO/shared services.
• Experience recruiting for professional, operational, or support functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and facilitate feedback collection.
