Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in BPO/shared services.
• Experience handling end-to-end hiring in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit; coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-employment requirements; support onboarding.

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and hiring timelines.

The ideal candidate has experience in volume hiring, professional hiring, or BPO/shared services recruitment and possesses strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
• Assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and facilitate feedback collection.

Candidate Management

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and pre-employment requirements.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth candidate transitions.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience handling end-to-end hiring in BPO, shared services, corporate, or high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for professional, operational, or support functions preferred.
