Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Internal Operations Manager to align systems, people, and processes as we scale. You will oversee internal operations, manage performance workflows, and streamline cross-department communication, drawing on experience from BPO or high-volume teams.

The role emphasizes building repeatable processes, maintaining SOPs, and keeping a distributed team moving with clear accountability. This is a remote, global opportunity with US business hours and bi-monthly USD pay.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration.
• Experience managing SDRs or outbound teams in a BPO or high-volume environment.
• Ability to build and enforce performance accountability systems for distributed teams.
• Excellent organizational and systems thinking with strong documentation habits.
• Strong communication across written and verbal channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily internal operations; ensure workflows are efficient and well-documented.
• Create and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and process documents across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps between recruitment, finance, and marketing teams.
• Manage tools and data tracking across Notion, Airtable, and Slack.
• Hold teams accountable to performance metrics and activity targets.
• Run structured daily or weekly check-ins to ensure targets are met.
