Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee an offshore bookkeeping team in a hybrid setup within Metro Manila. You will lead four bookkeepers, manage workflows, and ensure timely client delivery while onboarding new clients and refining SOPs.

The role requires 5+ years in bookkeeping, leadership experience, and strong Xero knowledge with related add-ons. Excellent organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience servicing Australian accounting clients.
• Strong Xero knowledge ( Deputy, Hubdoc and Dext add-ons highly regarded ).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of 4 Bookkeepers.
• Manage workflow, capacity planning and client delivery schedules.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee onboarding of new bookkeeping clients.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows and process documentation.
• Drive operational improvements and automation opportunities.
• Liaise with the Australian leadership team on priorities and resourcing.
• Maintain quality control across the bookkeeping function.
