Qualifications

• Knowledge of the refrigeration transport industry and supply chain - highly preferred.
• Accurate data entry - internal application and web-based platforms (tracking software).
• Ability to interoperate / understand freight requirements via email.
• Highlighting same day requests to the operation team.
• Analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Managing a booking's email address in a timely manner, by transferring the specific customer requirements into data within a formulated Transport based programme. This data is specific to the information below, which in turn creates a consignment for the customer.
• Reference number
• Pick up date / delivery date
• Origin and destination
• Quantity pallets and spaces
• Temperature or product requirements
• Once the consignment note has been created it is then sorted by a specific region or job status, enabling our operations team to manage consignment. Produce is a highly sensitive perishable item, the accuracy of these consignments is paramount to ensure the freight is controlled and delivered within supermarket specifications, and meeting timeslots.

Work Location and Schedule

• Office-based
• Monday to Friday 6AM to 3PM MNL Time
