Job summary

Nightowl Consulting in Philippines is seeking a Loan Delivery Specialist to prepare bond documentation, including checklists, transfer letters, and lien notes, and to submit assignments of mortgage with accuracy.

You will monitor the loan delivery process, manage the loan pipeline, and provide timely updates in investor portals. Strong communication with investors and agencies is essential for timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan delivery or mortgage documentation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare applicable bond documentation including but not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, lien notes etc.
• Submit check requests, compliance fee payments, and issuance of assignments of mortgage.
• Submit master servicer loan file and compliance loan package in accordance with guidelines within the required delivery timeframe.
• Monitor loan delivery and file receipt confirmation to meet deadlines.
• Monitor loan pipeline to identify and clear delivery deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with investors, agencies, and third parties to ensure completeness of delivered loan file.
• Provide frequent bond loan status updates within loan origination platform and investor portals.
• Escalate deficiency resolution issues to team lead when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
