NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a Bond Delivery Coordinator to handle delivery of bond documents and closed loan files to agencies, servicers and investors.

The role sits in Operations and requires ensuring timely, accurate file delivery and ongoing updates across investor portals. Ideal candidates will have loan delivery experience, knowledge of mortgage documents, and proficiency with Encompass and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience delivering loans to Bond Agencies/investors.
• Knowledge of mortgage and Bond Agency loan documents and programs.
• Knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass and investor websites.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bond documentation including delivery checklists, transfer letters and lien notes.
• Submit check requests, compliance fees and assignments of mortgage.
• Deliver loan files per guidelines within required timeframes.
• Monitor delivery deadlines and confirm file receipt.
• Track loan pipeline and clear delivery deficiencies timely.
• Communicate with investors, agencies and third parties to ensure complete files.
• Provide bond loan status updates in origination platforms and portals.
• Escalate deficiencies to team lead for timely resolution.

The Bond Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of documents and closed loan files to various bond agencies, servicers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare applicable bond documentation including but not limited to delivery checklists, transfer letters, lien notes etc.
• Submit check requests, compliance fee payments, and issuance of assignments of mortgage.
• Submit master servicer loan file and compliance loan package in accordance with company, bond program specific, and Bond Housing Authority guidelines within the required delivery timeframe.
• Monitor loan delivery and file receipt confirmation to meet applicable deadlines.
• Monitor loan pipeline to identify and clear delivery deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with investors, agencies, and third parties to ensure completeness of delivered loan file.
• Provide frequent bond loan status updates within loan origination platform and appropriate investor portals.
• Escalate deficiency resolution issues to team lead when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
