Responsibilities

• Manage sales transactions, inventory, and customer accounts using the Branch Management System (BMS).
• Resolve inquiries and maintain warehouse stock; place purchase orders.
• Oversee customers' statements and applying overrides.
• Process customer orders and release Sales Invoices.
• Prepare reports for returns and assist warehouse tally.
• Prepare paperwork for incoming and outgoing warehouse stocks.

Purpose of the position:

To ensure accurate processing of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer accounts through effective operation and maintenance of the Branch Management System (BMS)

Key responsibilities:

• Resolve all inquiries and maintain inventory of all stocks in the warehouse and place required purchase orders and perform all clerical work for all sales transactions.
• Oversee Statement of Accounts of customers and overriding.
• Process all customers’ orders and releasing of Sales Invoice.
• Implementing Program Revision.
• Regular processing of Sales Invoice and prepare reports for all return goods andassist warehouseman for the tally of inventory.
• Prepare all required paperwork for upcoming and outgoing stocks from/in the warehouse.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

With Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer related courses.
