Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries and maintain inventory of all stocks in the warehouse and place required purchase orders and perform all clerical work for all sales transactions.
• Oversee Statement of Accounts of customers and overriding.
• Process all customers’ orders and releasing of Sales Invoice.
• Implementing Program Revision.
• Regular processing of Sales Invoice and prepare reports for all return goods and assist warehouseman for the tally of inventory.
• Prepare all required paperwork for upcoming and outgoing stocks from/in the warehouse.
