Private Advertiser—a leading sales branch operator in the Philippines—is hiring a Branch Sales Manager to lead the local team, drive revenue, and expand key accounts. The role requires strategizing, day-to-day operations oversight, and coaching staff to improve performance.
The successful candidate will manage targets, monitor pipelines, and collaborate with Head Office to ensure timely product delivery and reporting. Travel to client sites will be expected as needed.
Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement branch sales strategies and action plans.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new and existing customer accounts.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, collections, and other key branch targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coach, motivate, and develop sales personnel to improve individual and team performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and business planning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and timely submission of branch sales and operational reports.
Manage branch resources and expenses effectively.
Ensure compliance with company standards, internal controls, and applicable laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
At least 5-10 years of relevant sales experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial position in IT, Printing and Office Equipment industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales and financial reports.
Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel and conduct client visits as required.
Experience in managing a sales branch, territory, or regional sales operation is an advantage.
