Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or call centre environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat and social media platforms with professionalism and courtesy
• Process outbound customer calls for sales, follow-ups, surveys and customer retention initiatives
• Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company database and CRM systems
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings and quality standards
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services whilst maintaining customer focus
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and compliance requirements at all times
