Job summary

BruntWork seeks an experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist (Biotech) to drive end-to-end hiring and people operations for international remote teams. You will own visa sponsorship, onboarding, and compliance across multi-jurisdictional work locations.

You will partner with leadership to build strong talent pipelines, interview bias-aware candidates, and optimize HRIS and payroll inputs while supporting growth across Europe, the UK, the US, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in talent acquisition within a high-growth startup, scale-up, or SaaS environment.
• Experience with US- and UK-based clients and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical, scientific, and commercial roles.
• Manage visa sponsorship and right-to-work compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Design remote onboarding, offboarding, and People operations workflows.
• Maintain HRIS records and administer multi-jurisdictional contracts, policies, and leaves.
