Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support international projects. The Architectural Technician will develop practical layouts, run test fits and massing studies across commercial, industrial, residential and data center typologies, and deliver coordinated Revit models and drawings.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology, 3–5 years' experience, and strong Revit and BIM coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 3–5 years in architectural practice or multidisciplinary design environment.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of building codes and fire safety.
• Experience with data centers or complex projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop layouts, test fits and space plans for various typologies.
• Create coordinated Revit models and drawings.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Produce renderings and presentation drawings.
• Ensure outputs meet hub QA standards and deadlines.
