Emapta is seeking a BIM Modeler to contribute hands-on Revit or Tekla skills to produce 3D designs, reinforcement details, and fabrication drawings for precast manufacturing and construction delivery. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 1 year hands-on BIM modeling experience in precast/construction drafting.
• Practical knowledge of Revit or Tekla for BIM modeling and precast applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with technical drawings and rebar/shop drawings.
• Understanding BIM concepts; Allplan knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read construction, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork; detail-oriented.
• Willingness to start immediately and work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsabilités

• Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D precast models using Allplan, Revit, Tekla, or other BIM software.
• Prepare layout plans, connection details, production drawings, fabrication shop drawings, and supporting documents for submission and approval.
• Review drawings and models for compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and sound engineering practices.
• Interpret construction drawings and apply standard precast detailing requirements accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless design, production, and project delivery.
• Conduct BIM coordination activities, including model reviews, clash detection, drawing revisions, and technical issue resolution.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management or the designated manager.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Draftsmanship, or a related field
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in BIM modeling, precast concrete detailing, construction drafting, or related design work
• Practical knowledge or experience in Revit or Tekla, particularly for BIM modeling, structural detailing, or precast concrete applications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience preparing technical drawings, cutting lists, rebar details, precast shop drawings, or similar construction documents
• Strong understanding of BIM concepts, workflows, and processes, with knowledge of Allplan or comparable BIM software considered an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret construction, structural, and architectural drawings and translate design requirements into accurate technical documentation
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new design technologies
• Availability to start immediately and willingness to work onsite in Ortigas
