Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience, including commercial construction, project oversight, field operations, and performance analysis.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including reviewing and interpreting detailed construction models, drawings, scopes of work, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple construction projects, manage competing priorities, monitor progress, and ensure stakeholder accountability.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, procurement, inspections, and resource planning.
• Experience evaluating field progress, verifying project status, identifying risks and discrepancies, and proactively resolving construction challenges.
• Strong coordination skills with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment, timely execution, and follow-through.
• Experience preparing client reports, leadership updates, meeting summaries, and action-item trackers.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with sound judgment, independent decision-making, and timely escalation of critical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates, clarify requirements, and ensure stakeholder accountability.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in Makati on a night shift schedule.

Client Reporting and Project Communication

• Prepare accurate weekly client reports covering completed, current, and upcoming work, schedules, risks, decisions, and client actions
• Produce leadership reports identifying projects on track, at risk, or delayed, supported by verified information and relevant progress photos
• Present issues with supporting facts, impacts, recommended actions, responsible parties, and deadlines
• Participate in or lead project meetings, review schedules and updates, clarify resource readiness and delays, and distribute action items
• Maintain clear communication and alignment across leadership, office personnel, and field teams

Construction Risk, Change, and Procurement Tracking

• Monitor project risks, changes, long-lead materials, procurement, inspections, RFIs, submittals, and client decisions
• Identify potential change orders, verify documentation, and assess schedule impacts from delays, subcontractor performance, and field changes
• Verify material and equipment orders against required delivery dates
• Track quotes, proposals, and approvals, escalating delays before construction operations are disrupted

AI, Automation, and Process Improvement

• Use approved AI and automation tools for reporting, meeting summaries, schedule analysis, document review, and action tracking
• Identify repetitive tasks and develop templates, dashboards, checklists, prompts, and standardized workflows with the team
• Improve Smartsheet workflows, reporting, and communication systems based on recurring issues and lessons learned
• Verify AI-generated information before use and protect confidential company, employee, project, and client data

Measures of Success

• Accurate, timely client and leadership reports with consistent completion of project commitments
• Early identification of construction risks, scheduling conflicts, documentation gaps, and unresolved issues
