Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a skilled 3D Modeller to join our California-based team, responsible for precise framing takeoffs and interpreting construction drawings. This onsite role in SM Clark, Pampanga offers night shifts and opportunities to grow with a global client base.

Ideal candidates have engineering or IT degrees, knowledge of SketchUp, and strong English communication. Fresh graduates welcomed; extensive training through Emapta Academy is provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or information technology.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of or experience using SketchUp.
• Strong ability to read and analyze construction and structural drawings.
• High proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for working with various blueprint types.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise framing takeoffs using industry-specific software, with strong attention to detail.
• Review and interpret blueprints, including construction, architectural, and structural drawings, to ensure accurate takeoffs.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt quickly to new software tools and processes as they are introduced.
• Communicate effectively with the California team.
