Job summary

Aviation Partnership Philippines Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Support Analyst I to support billing, cost allocation, data validation, and operational reporting in Pasay City.

This role collaborates with Finance, IT and Operations to extract and validate data from SAP, AMOS, and other systems, and to prepare billing and labor reports. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong Excel skills are required, and exposure to Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–2 years experience in billing/financial reporting or cost accounting.
• Fresh graduates welcome with internship experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, lookups, formulas).
• Exposure to SAP, AMOS, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extract, consolidate, and validate operational and financial data from SAP, AMOS, and other systems.
• Prepare billing, cost allocation, labor utilization, and operational reports.
• Review work orders, labor charges, and maintenance records for discrepancies and potentially unbilled activities.
• Support the allocation and reconciliation of labor, manhours, overhead, and other costs.
• Perform basic reconciliation, trend, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to resolve data concerns.
• Maintain accurate reports, working files, and supporting documents for audit readiness.

Aviation Partnership Philippines Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Support Analyst I to support billing, cost allocation, data validation, and operational reporting.

Location: Pasay City, Philippines

Department: Finance, IT and Business Services

The responsibilities of the Billing Support Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Extract, consolidate, and validate operational and financial data from AMOS, SAP, and other relevant systems.
• Prepare billing, cost allocation, labor utilization, and operational reports.
• Review work orders, labor charges, and maintenance records for discrepancies and potentially unbilled activities.
• Support the allocation and reconciliation of labor, manhours, overhead, and other operational costs.
• Perform basic reconciliation, trend, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to resolve data concerns.
• Maintain accurate reports, working files, and supporting documents for audit readiness.
• Support dashboards and initiatives that improve billing, costing, and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience in billing, financial reporting, data analysis, cost accounting, or operations support.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic or internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, and basic data manipulation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Exposure to SAP, AMOS, Power BI, or similar systems is an advantage.
