Aviation Partnership Philippines is seeking a Technical Projects Specialist to support the documentation, monitoring, and coordination of technical projects and digital systems initiatives.

You will manage project records, assist in tool usage, and help ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Coordinate instructions, updates, and requests between project staff and other departments.
• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for digital tools used in project tracking and escalated technical concerns when necessary.
• Support supervisors with routine project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing files.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Technical Projects Specialist who can assist with project documentation, monitoring, coordination, and digital tool support.

About the Role

As a Technical Projects Specialist, you will provide foundational support for technical projects by maintaining accurate records, tracking project activities, coordinating with different departments, and assisting in the use of digital project tools. You will help ensure that project information is complete, accessible, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including schedules, approvals, milestone logs, and other supporting documents.
• Ensure project documents are properly formatted, organized, stored, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and preparing timely status updates and basic reports for supervisors.
