ibex is seeking a Contract Operations Specialist to manage dispute reviews, billing updates, and contract renewals. You will verify accuracy in Oracle Subscription Management and coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Contract teams to ensure smooth processing across the organization.

The role emphasizes timely turnaround, attention to detail, and the ability to work with global teams across time zones to maintain contract integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer contracts, including Global, Master, and leveled SLAs.
• Experience with Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle Contract Lifecycle, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and MS Office is a plus.
• Ability to deliver quick turnaround on contracting processing.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Billing, Collections, and Contract teams.
• Comfort working across virtual teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming disputes and update billing accurately in Oracle SM.
• Track upcoming annual increases and renewals for accuracy.
• Collaborate with peers across departments to ensure consistent processes.
• Assist with training for new regions on the Oracle platform.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate contracting workflows.
