Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Subscription Billing Analyst to review contracts, manage Oracle SM, and support billing accuracy. The role is night shift aligned with US hours and a hybrid setup in Ibex Shaw, Mandaluyong, with initial onsite onboarding.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle audits, and participate in training for new regions on the Oracle platform, while looking for ways to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer contracts, especially Global, Master, and leveled agreements.
• Experience with Oracle Subscription Management and related Oracle modules.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and time zones.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with fast turnaround on contracting processing.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer disputes and update Oracle Subscription Management records.
• Track upcoming contract increases and renewals for accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Billing, and Contracts teams.
• Gather information for audits on a monthly/quarterly/yearly cadence.
• Assist training for new regions migrating to the Oracle platform.
• Identify process improvements to streamline or automate workflows.

Work set-up: Night Shift-US & Hybrid in Ibex Shaw, Mandaluyong

(3x WFH, 2x RTO per week), first 1-3 months pure onsite for proper onboarding & training.

Subscription Billing Analyst (Customer Contract Management - Oracle SM)

The Analyst will be responsible for reviewing contracts, updating, and approving. May also handle other billing related items as needed.

Duties

• Review incoming customer disputes, research Oracle SM (Subscription Management) module, and make accurate updates as needed to correct billing errors.
• Track and maintain upcoming customer annual increases and renewals; validate for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with and communicate effectively with peers across multiple departments
• Gather required information for monthly/quarterly/yearly audits
• Help with training initiatives for new regions coming online to the Oracle platform
• Actively review processes and look for ways to streamline and/or automate

Requirements

• Good understanding of customer contracts, especially Global, Master, and leveled Service agreements
• Knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle Contract Lifecycle, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow, MS Office are a plus
• Ability to work efficiently to provide a quick turnaround time on contracting processing
• Prior experience in working directly with internal Sales, Billing, Collections and Contract personnel
• Ability to work efficiently and seamlessly on virtual teams and across multiple time zones
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, result-oriented attitude
