Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or payment processing preferred.
• Experience with credit card processing, invoicing, posting, reconciliation, and dispute resolution preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems; Dynamics/LS Central are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

The Billing Specialist is responsible for processing billing transactions, payment posting, account reconciliation, and resolving payment discrepancies. The role reports directly to the Billing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and payment transactions.
• Handle payment posting and account reconciliation, including credit card transactions.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and adjustments.
• Monitor credit card settlements, refunds, and outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate billing records and prepare related reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment concerns.
