Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem solving, stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Invoice Production and Delivery with deadlines.
• Serve as trusted partner to business and clients, proposing improvements.
• Deliver automation and process reengineering plans.
• Analyze and anticipate client needs, driving change.
• Maintain communication with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop training plans across business groups that service clients.
