JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a dynamic Billing Operations professional to oversee invoice production and delivery, ensuring timely execution and escalation handling. The role partners with clients and business units, driving process improvements and enabling automation initiatives to reduce manual work.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in operations and strong Excel and stakeholder-management skills, with a proven track record in leading complex back-office processes in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Operations, Financial/Banking/BPO industry, or Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Operational Management experience; and/or back-office operations and processes.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially in Excel.
• Strong problem solving and solutions management competencies; stakeholder management, complaints/escalations handling.
• Ability to adapt to a Fast-paced environment with solid organizational and task management skills.
• Ability to lead and direct projects and meetings; influence and negotiate with peers and more senior professionals.
• Strong leadership, initiative, self-starter, results oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability of Invoice Production and Delivery processes, managing deadlines.
• Serve as trusted partner to business and clients, providing service and ownership; build proficiency with technology and systems.
• Execute and deliver strategic plans including automation and process reengineering initiatives.
• Think analytically to seek best practices and anticipate client needs; drive change with stakeholders.
• Proactively delivering solutions; manage change and promote process improvements across functions.
• Control risks by addressing gaps and escalating issues to benefit the business and clients.
