Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Billing and Finance Associate to support global clients, handle subscription billing inquiries, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems. You will combine customer service with finance operations, reconciling data and ensuring timely, error-free invoicing.

Full training will be provided on Zuora and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with emphasis on reconciliation and strong bookkeeping fundamentals rather than prior platform experience.

Qualifications

• Reconciling data across systems and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong customer service via phone and email.
• Solid bookkeeping fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel, with partial manual processes.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent time management with multiple priorities.
• Exposure to ERP or subscription billing platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for subscription and billing inquiries via phone and email.
• Scan, log, and review subscription invoices with accurate records.
• Support the full subscription lifecycle including sign-ups, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Reconcile billing data across multiple systems.
• Process and review journal entries and reversals.
• Follow up on overdue invoices while maintaining customer relationships.
• Monitor renewal milestones and escalate issues proactively.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements as you learn the role.
