Lexmark Research & Development Corporation is seeking a CTC Analyst to support customer conversions, billing configurations, and back‑office contract setup. The role involves prebilling controls, tax configuration, and collaboration with services billing partners to ensure accurate invoicing.

You will engage with customers and cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and maintain data integrity in the billing system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of billing experience in a corporate or financial setting is desired.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CTC conversion for billing, presentment, and CTC-CMT processes for new and existing customers.
• Research and select customer invoice preferences for new and existing contracts.
• Resolve Oracle CTC issues through investigation and ticket workflows.
• Investigate contracts and customer data, test potential solutions, and produce Oracle queries and data exports.
• Configure tax exemptions and ensure proper legal linkage of CHI Customer Numbers in CTC.
