Job summary

WTW is seeking a Complex Billing Analyst to support contract-to-cash processes for large clients, ensuring revenue is recognized per policy. You will set up project codes and invoice clients efficiently, gather information from multiple sources, and process billing instructions within monthly deadlines.

You will respond to billing inquiries, prepare supporting documentation, and escalate issues when needed while contributing to process improvements and reporting requests from the client team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in accounting or finance field.
• Experience with Oracle (or other ERP) Project Accounting and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong customer service interaction with professional image.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract to cash support to consultants and manage billing for large clients.
• Determine efficient project codes and invoicing for assigned contracts.
• Process billing instructions within monthly deadlines and ensure final bills are generated.
