Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
• Support mid-campaign and post-campaign reporting and client services.
• Develop and implement operational processes for campaign delivery.
• Test proprietary advertising tech and provide feedback.
• Advise clients on audience targeting, budgets, and campaigns.
• Attend weekly trainings and team meetings, plus cross-functional collaboration.
• Shadow cross-functional teams to learn the company operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience and Technical Skills

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in digital marketing or social media, preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
• Demonstrated ability to learn and work with new technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, can-do attitude with the initiative to take on new responsibilities

Your Daily Tasks

• Assist with the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Support mid-campaign and post-campaign reporting and other client service requirements.
• Create and execute operational processes to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Test proprietary advertising technology and provide recommendations and feedback.
• Provide clients with audience targeting, budget, and campaign recommendations.
• Participate in weekly training sessions, daily team meetings, quarterly company-wide meetings, and other collaborative activities.
• Collaborate with and shadow cross-functional team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and its operations.
