Job summary

DHL Summit Solutions Inc. is seeking a Billing Analyst in San Fernando, Pampanga to join our finance team on a full-time basis. You will manage billing operations, review invoices, and ensure accuracy against client contracts and service agreements.

Responsibilities include analysing billing data, resolving disputes, generating reports, and collaborating with operations, sales and finance to capture billable services. Strong Excel and ERP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable or related finance functions.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of billing systems and ERP software.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the role

DHL Summit Solutions Inc. is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team at our San Fernando, Pampanga facility on a full-time basis. This position plays a crucial role in our finance and operations department, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes that directly impact our client relationships and revenue management. As a Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing billing operations, analysing invoicing data, and maintaining the financial integrity of our supply chain services. This role is essential to supporting our business objectives and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process invoices for accuracy and compliance with client contracts and service agreements
• Analyse billing data and identify discrepancies, errors or areas requiring clarification with operational teams
• Investigate billing queries and disputes raised by clients, working towards timely resolutions
• Reconcile billing records against delivery confirmations, service reports and operational documentation
• Generate and maintain billing reports and dashboards for management review and analysis
• Collaborate with operations, sales and finance teams to ensure accurate capture of billable services and charges
• Monitor aging invoices and support collection efforts to ensure timely payment from clients
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all billing transactions and adjustments
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting on billing trends, patterns and financial metrics
• Support process improvements and system enhancements related to billing operations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable or related finance functions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of billing systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to complex issues
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain financial information to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing billing is highly desirable
