Job summary

DHL Summit Solutions Inc. is seeking a Billing Analyst in San Fernando, Pampanga to join our finance team on a full-time basis. You will manage billing operations, review invoices, and ensure accuracy against client contracts and service agreements.

Responsibilities include analysing billing data, resolving disputes, generating reports, and collaborating with operations, sales and finance to capture billable services. Strong Excel and ERP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable or related finance functions.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of billing systems and ERP software.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyse billing data and identify discrepancies or clarifications needed.
• Investigate billing queries and disputes and drive timely resolutions.
• Reconcile billing records with delivery confirmations and reports.
• Generate and maintain billing reports and dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and finance to ensure correct capture of charges.
• Monitor aging invoices and support collections for timely payment.
• Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and adjustments.
• Perform ad hoc analyses on billing trends and financial metrics.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements in billing operations.
