Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Advisor I, Sales to interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls and online channels, delivering customer service and resolving routine product or service issues. The role requires English and Thai language skills, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and strong communication in a fast-paced call center environment.

Onsite work is in Bridgetowne, QC. Open to Filipinos and foreigners currently in PH, with opportunities to grow in sales and service

Qualifications

• Experience in a client technology environment with multiple applications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Customer service and sales orientation in a call center setting.
• Ability to communicate actions taken for resolution per process direction.
• Fluent in English and Thai (speaking, reading & writing).
• Open to Filipinos and Foreigners currently in PH.
• Amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne QC.
