Concentrix in the Philippines is seeking an Advisor I for CPR Main IVR & MW – Thai to interface with customers via calls or internet for selling basic products and services. You will process orders, provide information, and deliver basic customer service support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Skilled in multitasking; able to adapt quickly to changes.
• Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
