Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Advisor I, Sales to interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls and online channels, delivering customer service and resolving routine product or service issues. The role requires English and Thai language skills, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and strong communication in a fast-paced call center environment.

Onsite work is in Bridgetowne, QC. Open to Filipinos and foreigners currently in PH, with opportunities to grow in sales and service

The Advisor I, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Qualifications:

• Proficient working in a client technology provided environment with multiple applications and navigation between applications to research information
• Intermediate knowledge of PC and software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Customer service and Sales orientation/skills in a call center setting is required.
• Ability to communicate actions being taken for resolution based on process direction
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship
• Ability to handle stressful situations and bond professionally with frustrated customers
• Proficient in both English and Thai (speaking, reading & writing).
