• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Technical Support, IT Help Desk, Customer Support, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing technical support in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
