The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish and English) with at least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice-based setting and must be willing to rotate and shift in the Bridgetowne area in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• English and Spanish required.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience (Customer Interaction-Voice).
• Amenable to rotating and shifting schedule in GBF Tower Bridgetowne.

Responsibilities

• Responds to basic to complex inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products or services.
• Assists internal/external users by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.
