Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a fluent Spanish and English speaker for a Tech Support Specialist role. You will assist Spanish-speaking clients with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide clear solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling client-facing support in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat; documenting interactions; escalating complex issues; and maintaining strong client relationships. Onsite in Bacoor, Cavite, full-time.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in Technical Support, IT Help Desk, Customer Support, or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing technical support in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Assist clients with product, software, system, and connectivity-related concerns.
• Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Accurately document client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
