Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with Mandarin- and English-speaking customers.
• Operating as the lead point of contact for all day-to-day matters specific to your accounts.
• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, service partners, and internal teams via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving equipment, electronics, software, connectivity, and related systems.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Assist with product installations, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting when required.
• Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to relevant teams to help improve products, documentation, and support processes.
