Job summary

Shanghai Mission Information Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a full-time QA tester to assist the development team with test case programming, execution, testing, and defect tracking, while providing daily technical services to customers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in computer/IoT/software engineering, is fluent in Mandarin and English, and can be based in Shanghai or Kaohsiung to serve Mandarin-speaking customers in Kaohsiung, Shanghai and Manila.

Qualifications

Full-time bachelor's degree in computer/IoT/software engineering.
Knowledge of automation testing, safety testing, functional testing, performance testing or modern testing tools.
Proficient in SQL Server and MySQL.
Good communication and teamwork; fluent in English and Mandarin.
Based in Shanghai or Kaohsiung.
Fluent in Mandarin and English; will serve Mandarin-speaking customers in Kaohsiung, Shanghai and Manila.

Responsibilities

Assist development team in testing, including test case programming, execution, white/black-box testing, and defect tracking.
Provide daily technical services to customers and resolve product-related issues.
Provide technical training to customers and guide them in selecting product processes and procedures.
Assist R&D with project implementation and daily maintenance tasks.
