Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Spanish bilingual supervisor to lead a team of English and Spanish speaking associates in mortgage BPO.

You will promote mortgage products, manage a pipeline, and help customers retain their homes through servicing and collections while complying with client, federal, and investor guidelines. You will act as mortgage subject-matter expert, coordinate with support teams, and help strengthen product and service training.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a Spanish Bilingual Supervisor in the BPO with 3 years of CS background.
• Financial /Mortgage experience is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Experience in client engagement.
• Amenable to US shift timings.
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of bilingual associates (English and Spanish) managing mortgage product promotion and customer engagement for retention, servicing, and collections while complying with guidelines.
• Act as mortgage expert and ensure seamless operations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with support teams to strengthen training on products and services and improve efficiencies.
