Qualifications

• 3+ years as Spanish bilingual team leader/supervisor in the BPO industry.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• C2 level Spanish fluency.
• Mortgage experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of English and Spanish bilingual associates.
• Support the promotion and servicing of mortgage products.
• Engage with customers throughout the customer lifecycle and assist with retention, servicing, and collection efforts.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of operational and business goals.
• Serve as an internal and external mortgage subject matter expert.
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and adherence to established processes and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with support teams to provide insights that improve training, products, and services.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and business efficiencies.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Spanish Bilingual Team Leader to lead a team of English and Spanish-speaking associates supporting mortgage-related customer service, sales, servicing, and collections activities.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring excellent customer engagement, and maintaining compliance with client, federal, and investor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of English and Spanish bilingual associates.

• Support the promotion and servicing of mortgage products.

• Engage with customers throughout the customer lifecycle and assist with retention, servicing, and collection efforts.
