Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance and Accounting or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• 6-8 years of shipping industry experience; landside experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for the team and backup to the team leader.
• Identify process waste and lead continuous improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end container dispatch across truck, rail, and barge.
• Interact with customers, carriers, terminals, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment and container movements and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure customer service commitments through planning and exception management.
• Deliver a customer-centric experience by addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation for visibility and compliance.
• Oversee accessorial costs and equipment utilization to drive efficiency.
• Foster partnerships and drive vendor performance improvement.
