Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for a hybrid, dayshift role. You will handle daily invoice processing, PO/GR matching, and supplier inquiries while supporting process improvements across the AP workflow in a technology-focused company.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and timely processing of supplier invoices.
• Match invoices with Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts for accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve supplier and internal inquiries.
• Review and reconcile supplier accounts; prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvements in invoice processing and financial workflows.
