J-K Netwok Services is seeking a Mandarin Accounts Payable Analyst for our Biñan, Laguna operations. The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, a Bachelor’s in accounting, and 3+ years in AP or P2P. You will manage supplier invoices, perform PO/GR matching, and coordinate with internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or P2P.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay is a plus.
• Familiar with ERP systems and financial regulations.

• Process supplier invoices for timely posting.
• Match invoices to POs and GRs for accuracy.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and prepare monthly close.
